Huneke Investments Company Incorporated:
The history of our company dates back to1983 when Huneke Investments had a meager
beginning, it began to invest in the home rental business. After many years of
buying existing homes, refurbishing them and renting them; Huneke felt a need to
build new homes. This would allow renters of homes the financial opportunity to
become homebuyers and allowing them financial security.
The web business started in 1991 and has flourished with four stores selling such
items as patio furniture, outdoor items, bird feeders and tires.
Huneke Homes Corporation:
Thomas and Julia Huneke started in their home building company in May of 2000.
They were looking for a new home to build for themselves. They quickly knew
there was a need to bring a custom-style home at a medium price with personal
customer service to the homebuilding market. Tom and Julia made a commitment
from the beginning to found a business that reflected their personal desires
to bring quality craftsmanship and personal attention to the homebuyer.
Never did they imagine that so many of their homebuyers would become good
friends to them as well as their office staff. The special relationship
with their home buyers is a direct reflection of their personal attention
and honest service. The commitment to this quality and service as well as
their team of quality trade partners has stood the test of time with steady
growth through the past few years. Huneke Homes measures it's true success
one home at a time. Huneke Homes now offers the same level of personal
services to customers preferring a new Villa, Custom Home and even the

Huneke Engineering Corporation:
Started December of 2004: Tom's professional engineering license
and background in Civil Engineering continues to bring in
customers in need of residential engineering as well as light
gauge steel design. When Huneke Homes found challenges
with accurate engineering, and scheduling; they decided
there was a need in the Engineering market. With office
staff already in place with Huneke Homes, knowledge of
engineering as well as experience Huneke was able to get
into the engineering market. The idea is to treat customers
with care. Be aware of the cost to customers and service
them well. The company is presently hiring very conservative
engineers, and very aggressive sales force. The combination
is hoping to catapult Huneke Engineering to one of the
largest firms in the area in the coming years.
Background of Tom and Julia
Thomas J. Huneke P. E.
President, of the companies.
. President, of the companies. Grew up in Florissant,
Missouri. Tom is a licensed professional Engineer.
Prior to building homes, Tom used his engineering to
design roof trusses, work on computer software and help
bring new products to market. He traveled extensively
both in the United States as well as abroad. Over the
years, Tom has grown to be a leader with the business
knowledge, entrepreneurship, salesmanship and finances
to do just about anything he sets out to do.
Julia K. Huneke
Manager and chief financial adviser,
Manager and chief financial adviser, of the Huneke
Corporations grew up in West St. Louis County. Julia
has a strong financial and marketing background. Customer
service is first and foremost in this business. Julia uses
her prior knowledge and experience to, "Serve the Customer."
